Ornate wrasse (Thalassoma pavo)

  •  Description: Body elongate. Reticulated blue designs on the head.5 lists blue-green. Black spot on back. The color of golden yellow background is more or less green or orange depending on the specimens. Have marked sexual dimorphism in the livery of the fish, with the male more colorful.

Cleaner shrimp eat Aiptasia (Lysmata seticaudata)

  •  Description: It has a red color, with lines arranged longitudinally. It is quite peaceful and it is essential in the aquarium since it eliminates the unwanted Aiptasia. Also clean the filthy mouths of all types of morays,  external parasites and eat the dead skin of the fish.
  • Size: Up to 5 cm.
  • Diet: Aiptasia (loves it), remains of meals, small eyes, I think.
  • Temperature: 15 to 25 º C.
  • Habitat: Found in many different funds to 60 m.
  • Maintenance: Difficulty very low. You only need a rock you can shelter if you feel stressed.

Coris julis (Coris julis)

  • Description: Elongated body. This species has a marked sexual dimorphism in the livery of the fish.  The males have the first dorsal fin rays higher, with a male black and red lined turquoise. Center line bright orange zig-zag. Back blue-green, a long black males and on the flanks. The females are brown dorsally, with a line thin and irregular white. Orange-yellow belly, a sometimes white.

  • Diet: Accepts most types of food. Scales prawns, mussels, squid, pellet.
  • Temperature: 15 -22 º C.
  • Habitat: Lives in rocky coastal and grassland.
  • Maintenance: Low Difficulty. When introduced by first stressed or something is buried, this is a natural behavior.

Damselfish (Chromis chromis)

- Description: It has a small mouth. Tail with dark pattern in the form of scissors. Dark brown body, which appears dark to daylight.Juveniles have bright blue lines.
- Size: Up to 8-10 cm.
- Diet: They eat all kinds of fresh food (cooked mussels, prawns, squid), I also think granules and flakes.
- Temperature: 15 to 22 º C.
- Habitat: They live in large schools offshore stationary on rocky or grassy. Lay eggs on the rocks and the male protects.
- Maintenance: Low Difficulty.
