SHIPPING:

Once payment is confirmed, the order will be sent through the transit agency Tourline Express by 24-hour emergency service.

 All orders that exceed the amount of 250 € will be sent with postage prepaid, except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

INCIDENTS AND RETURNS:

All findings related to the transport of material at destination must be notified within 24 hours, both the freight and us. In this case, ANIMACUATIC, SL, will be responsible for the breakage and proceed to the replacement of the equipment without charge to the customer.

WARRANTIES:

Our team has the warranty period provided by law, currently 24 months from the date of purchase. Not included in this guarantee supplies and special pieces from overuse could deteriorate. Not accept any returned material that has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel, which is incomplete or cut cables or plugs.In this case excluded from the warranty. Any material under warranty need to be checked or repaired, shall be sent postage paid (Post Office or Agency of Transportation) to our office. Shall not be the material sent with postage due. All materials must be replaced or repaired under warranty must be sent in advance.There shall be no substitution without receiving defective material.
