REEF BUILDER recover the carbonate alkalinity without immediately impacting on pH. With its long-term use there is a tendency to stabilize the pH to 8.3. Carbonates and calcium are essential to all coral growth. If you remain deficient, coral growth will cease, followed by a rapid decline in coral health. Used as directed, Reef Builder will not precipitate calcium, magnesium or strontium which tend to precipitate with increasing alkalinity. Buider Reef and Reef Buffer may be used together.
